Jana, CEO and Co-founder, is specialized in sustainability compliance, ESG & impact analysis & research, with experience in sustainability policy, legal documentation, and reporting. Holding a Master’s in International Investment Law and CESGA® certification, she is currently pursuing a PhD in sustainable finance and human rights. After her experience building the ESG department at Philippe Hottinguer Gestion, Jana co-founded Blufin, with the aim to transform sustainability into a strategic advantage for businesses and investors.

Pavle, CTO and Co-founder is an experienced software engineer specializing in high-performance data processing, software architecture, and product development. With a background in Electrical Engineering and as a core developer of the C++ Poco libraries, he has led projects in industries ranging from healthcare and solar energy to the steel sector. Pavle co-founded BluFin to bridge the gap between technology and sustainable finance, providing businesses and investors with tools that create strategic advantages and drive impactful decisions.
