Pavle’s journey in software engineering began with a solid technical foundation and hands-on experience in building software products and systems tailored to meet demanding industry needs.
With over six years of experience in software engineering, Pavle specializes in developing high-performance software for data processing and analysis. His career has consistently focused on creating robust systems capable of managing complex data requirements. In 2023 he joined a company dedicated to building a versatile data platform and quickly advanced to the role of Software Engineering Team Lead. During this time, Pavle also became one of the core developers of the open-source C++ Poco libraries, contributing to their development and integrating them into various projects.
Building on his software engineering experience, Pavle co-founded Blufin with Jana, driven by a shared vision to transform the financial industry’s approach to sustainable finance. Recognizing the need for sophisticated tools to support ESG analysis and decision-making, Pavle set out to create a platform that streamlines complex data processes and provides robust insights for investors and corporations. Blufin was established to bridge the gap between advanced technology and sustainable finance, empowering users to make informed and impactful decisions that go beyond regulatory compliance.
With extensive experience in software engineering and product development, Pavle is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to create the next generation of software tools that drive sustainable growth in the fintech sector.
